It is common for us to receive a quote request from our customers to build individual details to print or even build an entire machine per the supplied prints.
Assembly prints are the guide to assist the assembler of the machine. They are the visual instructions. Most assembly prints contain larger images of the main assembly. Smaller assemblies within the main assembly are called sub-assemblies. The sub-assemblies focus on groupings of individual parts allowing the assembler to more easily piece the assembly together. Balloons called out on the assembly print shown, specify details and subassemblies. It is standard to call out the detail number on the top half of the balloon and the detail sheet on the lower half. It is important that when prints are supplied to us for a complete build to print, that the related balloons are drawn correctly. The accuracy of the print package greatly improves build timing.
The details that we build for our customers range in shape, size, and complexity. Once we review the print for build, it is our responsibility to ensure that all of the tolerances are held properly. We also must be sure that weldments are fabricated to specifications.
We have a team of journeyman machinists and toolmakers. Our CNC Milling machines, CNC Lathes, CNC Grinders, and other material process equipment is current. Giving our team best in class tools to produce consistent results.
When needed our facility will also assist customers with small production runs. These can be a full range of parts. They may include machining castings, turning shafts to size, or even modifying Electronic PCB boards. We will be glad to review your short run production needs.
Building Electrical Panels requires knowledge, experience, skill, and organization. Our team has all of the above. We take great pride in our panel assemblies. The print shown is an example of one of our electrical schematic prints. We can build to your print, or we can design a complete panel for you. Either way you are sure to be pleased with the final result.
When we design and build a machine, a full set of schematics will be supplied. We also include Pneumatic and Hydraulic prints if required for the machine. A complete work instruction booklet is also provided. It is a helpful quick reference guide for your team on the plant floor to work through questions or settings.
